Employment Law

You have rights in the workplace, and when you are treated unfairly, you have recourse. I have extensive experience representing clients that have been denied employment or advancement, or been wrongfully terminated because of:

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

If you are overwhelmed with debt, and you do not foresee the ability to pay off your debts, bankruptcy may offer a financial fresh start. Although bankruptcy is not the right choice for everyone facing financial trouble, if you are facing wage garnishments, liens, foreclosures, and aggressive creditors, you may be able to benefit from the immediate protection of the bankruptcy laws. If you are burdened with unsecured consumer debt, such as credit card debt, a chapter 7 bankruptcy may give you the opportunity to have those debts cancelled.
